More than two cups a day of green tea may result in headache, nervousness, diarrhea, trouble sleeping, or dizziness. Besides, green tea contains caffeine, which isn’t good for you in too large doses. A couple cups a day is refreshing and adds health benefits, whereas more than this turns out to be less beneficial.
