This smoothie is absolutely packed with healty nutrients. Avocado brings healthy fatty acids, and the kiwi is filled with C-vitamin – twice as much as orange, actually! A single portion of spinach cover half your daily need of vitamin A. Besides, spinach is a good source of C-vitamin too and contain just as much as an average orange. C-vitamins are good for your immune system, which keeps you strong and healthy. Lime adds freshness to the smoothie and brings both fiber and more vitamin C. Fiber is good for your metabolism. You need:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 dl apple juice
  • 50 g baby spinach

How to do it:

Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Use a spoon to get the meat out of its peel. Peel the kiwis and run avocado, kiwi and spinach through a blender.
