Can I cancel my purchase?

You can cancel your purchase within the 14 day cancellation deadline by contacting customer service.

Can I order a single product?

Vita Pura only sells products on subscription and does not offer a single purchase!

How can I make an order and how much does it cost?

You can order by filling out the form at the bottom of the product page. Under the form, you will find the price list together with the terms.

Why did I receive the product after I submitted my cancellation notice?

Vita Pura has a notice period on certain products in order to deliver the products at a good price and maintain the quality. Besides, the orders are prepared for dispatch some time in advance. This is why you may receive the final delivery after sending your notice.

I have not received my order confirmation. Have you received my order?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to the email you enter in the order form. Remember to check your email spam/junk folder. You may find your confirmation there. If you still can’t find your order confirmation, please feel free to send customer services a request, and we will send you a copy.

If you have arrived at the page “thank you for your purchase”, we have received your order.

I ordered the same product twice. Do I now have two subscriptions with the same product?

It is only possible to have one subscription per customer, per product, unless you registered different information in your orders, such as name/postal address/email/phone number.

When will my shipment arrive? What is the delivery time?

The delivery time for your first shipment is up to two weeks. Subsequent shipments will arrive before you run out of the product. Feel free to contact customer services if you have any questions about your order.

I have registered the correct postal address. Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?

If you have not received your shipment, it could mean that the postal service is unable to deliver the package because your postbox is full, not sufficiently marked, etc.
