You need:
250 g canned chickpeas
1 tbsp food oil
½ tsp chili spices
½ tsp salt

How to:
Preheat your oven to 175°C.
Rinse the chekcpeas well, pet them dry with a paper towel and put them in a bowl
Mix oil and spices well together, and mix in the chickpeas
Roast them on baking paper in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes, or until the chickpeas are crunchy and golden
Use a spatula to turn the chickpeas around from time to time
Serve immediately – they are best when still hot!

2 green apples
3 red apples
2 pears
How to:
Cut apple and pear into thin slices (1-2 mm)
Lay them on a baking try covered with a silicon mat or similar (baking paper easily curl)
Leave the slices of fruit in the oven at about 60-70°C in approximately 4 hours. If your oven comes with a hot air function, this will make the chips even crispier
Turn the slices when the surface is completely dry and mat.
