250 g canned chickpeas
1 tbsp food oil
½ tsp chili spices
½ tsp salt
Some pepper spices
Preheat your oven to 175°C.
Rinse the chekcpeas well, pet them dry with a paper towel and put them in a bowl
Mix oil and spices well together, and mix in the chickpeas
Roast them on baking paper in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes, or until the chickpeas are crunchy and golden
Use a spatula to turn the chickpeas around from time to time
Serve immediately – they are best when still hot!
This one has already gotten quite familiar in the selection of simple and healthy snacks. Just use whatever vegetables you have in your fridge. For example:
Rinse and cut the vegetables into thin slices (use a potato peeler)
Fry the slices of vegetables in hot sunflower oil. Make sure not to put too many slices into the oil at once as this will lower the temperature. This makes you end up with soft slices instead of crispy vegetable chips
Let the fat drip off on a piece of paper towel, put salt and spices, and voilá! Simple and healthy snacks to enjoy at home.

Apples and pears are treats they are but they can also we good as chips! Replace the unhealthy chips with simple and healthy snacks made by fruits.
2 green apples
3 red apples
Cut apple and pear into thin slices (1-2 mm)
Lay them on a baking try covered with a silicon mat or similar (baking paper easily curl)
Leave the slices of fruit in the oven at about 60-70°C in approximately 4 hours. If your oven comes with a hot air function, this will make the chips even crispier
Turn the slices when the surface is completely dry and mat.
