You need:

  • 250 g canned chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp food oil
  • ½ tsp chili spices
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Pepper
  • Some pepper spices

 

How to:

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C.
  • Rinse the chekcpeas well, pet them dry with a paper towel and put them in a bowl
  • Mix oil and spices well together, and mix in the chickpeas
  • Roast them on baking paper in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes, or until the chickpeas are crunchy and golden
  • Use a spatula to turn the chickpeas around from time to time
  • Serve immediately – they are best when still hot!

  • 2 green apples
  • 3 red apples
  • 2 pears

 

How to:

  • Cut apple and pear into thin slices (1-2 mm)
