You need:

  • 2 dl quark or yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • A handful of nuts
  • Berries

How to do it:

Put quark or yogurt in a bowl and top it with nuts and berries. Add a teaspoon of honey for some extra sweetness if you want.

 

Smoothie

You need:

  • 200 g strawberries
  • ½ green apple
  • 1 celery
  • Some leaves of mint
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1-2 dl fluid (water or juice)

How to do it:

Put all ingredients in a blender and run until smooth. Serve immediately.

 

Chia pudding

You need:

  • 2 dl almond milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • Topping of your choice (passion fruit, coconut flakes, berries etc.)

How to do it:

Pour almondmilk in a glass or small bowl and stir chia seeds properly in. Cover the container with plastic and put in your fridge. The pudding needs to stay for at least three hours but is even better when kept over-night. The chia seeds will swell and give a thick, juicy consistency. Add your desired topping as you serve.

 

Oatmeal

The classic of all classics. This quick and healthy breakfast adds tons of nutrients to fuel you through the first part of your day. Use whatever you like as topping or eat it as it is. We recommend fresh berries and a teaspoon honey for a fresh, sweet taste.

You need:

  • One part water
  • One part milk
  • One part oatmeal
  • Topping of your choice (chopped nuts, fresh berries or honey, for instance)

How to do it:

Mix water, milk and oatmeal in a casserole and bring to the boil. Top with whatever you desire. Oatmeal can be eaten cold as well as warm and is the perfect breakfast if you are going to perform extra good.
