Many factors decide the final calorie burn

Your specific calorie burn is decided by a variety of factors. Your weight, bodyfat percentage, age, physical fitness and genes are just some of them. For instance, your genes will affect the efficiency of your metabolism. Low body weight will demand less energy to get moving than a higher body mass do.
